Photographers (professional and amateur)
The Barker’s Christmas Tree Farm is available for photography sessions by scheduling through the calendar below. Sessions for Christmas pictures can be scheduled prior to our opening Thanksgiving weekend.
There are two calendars: one for Sundays only (1:00pm until 6:00pm) and one for Monday-Saturday (9:00am until 6:00pm). You are signing up for the day even though you may not use the whole day.
No sessions will be allowed after the Thanksgiving weekend unless we offer them after our cutting season closes for the year.
A photographer may have several families during that day but once you leave the property your “day” fee is concluded.

There is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if the injury or death results exclusively from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity and in the absence of negligence. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity."

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
This agreement releases BARKER’S CHRISTMAS TREE FARM from all liability relating to ANY AND ALL injuries that may occur during your photography sessions (applies to both the photographer and all of his/her clients and bystanders). By signing this agreement, I agree to hold BARKER’S CHRISTMAS TREE FARM entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I also acknowledge the risks involved in being outdoors on a farm in a natural habitat including holes, stumps, vines, insects and animals, etc. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
By signing below, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against BARKER’S CHRISTMAS TREE FARM for any reason. In return, I will receive permission to use farm for photography purposes on scheduled date(s). I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
